Before you book - Important Information

Valid lab order from a licensed healthcare provider is required for all blood draw services.

We do not collect specimens for hospitals-only laboratory systems (including UNC Health, Duke Health, or other hospital-owned labs) unless the lab order explicitly permits third-party mobile phlebotomy.

Patients are responsible for confirming that their lab order is eligible for mobile collection prior to booking.

CLIA-waived tests are screening services only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace care from a licensed healthcare provider.
