Standard Blood Draw
Mobile phlebotomy blood draw.
Client must provide a valid lab order from a licensed provider. Includes standard travel within service area.
Age Requirements:
Mobile blood draw services are available for patients ages 3 and older. All pediatric collections are subject to technician discretion based on patient cooperation and safety.
Pricing / tube clarification:
Pricing includes a standard mobile blood draw with routine tube requirements based on the lab order. Additional tubes requested by the laboratory beyond routine collection may incur a $10 per tube fee.
Additional Tube
Additional tubes are billed at the time of service if required by the lab order.
Priority same-day mobile blood draw service. This fee applies in addition to the standard blood draw and is subject to availability.

CLIA-Waived Tests

Travel fee may apply for locations outside the standard service area.. Fees are distance-based and discussed during booking
Fasting Blood Draw Appointment
Client must follow fasting instructions provided by their healthcare provider prior to the appointment. This service is for specimen collection only and does not include test interpretation
On-site finger-stick glucose screening for basic wellness checks. This service is available as an ad-on to a scheduled appointment and does not include A1C or lipid panel testing. Results are screening-only and do not replace care from a licensed healthcare provider.

Hemoglobin A1C Test (CLIA-Waived)
Finger-stick blood test used to estimate average blood sugar levels over the past 2-3 months. Commonly used for diabetes screening and wellness monitoring. Results are screening-only and do not replace care from a licensed healthcare provider.
Lipid Panel (Cholesterol)
On-site finger-stick test measuring total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides to assess heart health and cardiovascular risk. Results are for screening purposes and may require follow-up with a licensed healthcare provider.
Rapid urine screening to check for indicators such as glucose, protein, ketones, blood, and possible infection markers.

CLIA-waived throat swab used to screen for Group A Streptococcus with rapid, same-visit results. Results are screening-only and may require follow-up with a licensed healthcare provider.

Chain-of-custody urine drug screening services available for non-DOT and DOT testing. Pricing varies based on collection type and regulatory requirements.
An additional fee may apply for appointments scheduled outside standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
After-Hours / Weekend Fee
After-hours pricing is included when an after-hours service option is selected.

Mobile blood draw service for prenatal gender reveal testing, performed at the client's location. Specimen collection only. Testing and results are provided by the selected laboratory.
